What is The Lounge?


The Lounge is our way of saying thanks! A loyalty program designed with the same cozy comfort you expect from Boody. You’ll earn points just for hanging out (okay, and shopping), unlock exclusive perks, and get early access to special offers.

How do I join The Lounge?


Create an account via the link here, then kick back, relax, and let the rewards come to you. If you previously had a Goodness Corner account, no need to create a new account.

What are the different tiers?


Getting Comfy. Super Comfy. Pure Comfort As you move up each tier, you will unlock new rewards and perks. Your level of comfort (tier) is based on how much you have spent during the previous 12 months.

How can I earn points?


You’ll earn points on all sorts of comfy actions. We’ll keep the points rolling as long as you keep hanging out with us.

How do I redeem my points?


To redeem your points, make sure you're logged in to your account and do your shopping as usual. Once at checkout, you will be greeted with a dropdown menu to select how many points you wish to redeem on your order...

Can I redeem my points on everything?


Points can be redeemed on full-priced items only, excluding gift cards. As points are redeemed as a discount at checkout, these cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.

What happens to my points if I return an item?


If you purchased an item using points and submit a return for a refund, the points redeemed as a discount on this item will not be reinstated. Upon the return of an item, your total spend amount applied to your tier status for the original...

What happens to my points if I cancel my order?


Points are earned after an order has been fulfilled. Any cancelled order won't accrue points.

How do I track my points and rewards history?


Make sure you're logged in to your account, and click ‘Rewards History’ on the Rewards page. You can see all of our previous rewards earned, as well as any previous points redeemed.

How does Refer A Friend work?


Once you are enrolled, share your unique link with your friend - please ensure your friend hasn’t purchased Boody previously!

Can I transfer my coins between stores?


As all Boody webstores are independent, Loungers aren’t able to transfer points between stores.

Can I update the email address associated with my account?


Loungers are unable to change the email address associated with their account. We can however assist with a once off points transfer. To do this, please contact our Community Happiness Team.

Do points ever expire?


Your points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned. We also send a friendly reminder via email (or SMS if you’re subscribed) 7 days before your coins are due to expire, so you have time to redeem them.

Why have I moved down tier?


Your tier is determined by the total amount of each purchase you made over the last 12 months. If you haven't met the tier threshold prior to your tier expiry, you will resume to the below tier

How do I move up tier?


For each purchase you make, you automatically earn points. When your total points cross the tier threshold, you will automatically move up tier, unlocking new perks and rewards.
