Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?Updated 10 days ago

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different colour or size!

To submit a return for an exchange, you will need your order number (this will start with BU). You will need to enter your full order number including the "BU" at the start, ie, BU123456.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy to verify you meet the criteria.

If all is correct, we'll kindly invite you to head over to our Returns and Exchanges Portal here, and follow the onscreen prompts.

If your new requested size/colour is unavailable at the time of processing your exchange a member of the Community Happiness Team will be in touch to arrange an alternative product, or a refund will be processed. 

Please note we can only process exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size, you cannot exchange one item for a different item, ie a Shaper Bra for a Padded Shaper Bra.

Please also note that all intimate underwear, bodysuits & final sale items are excluded from exchanges as per our Returns and Exchanges Policy. 

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at £3.00. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges) or deducted from your refund amount (for refunds).
