Yes, you can exchange an item for a different colour and/or size!

If you would like to swap an item for a different style, you can do so by selecting that you are returning the item. You will then have the option to Shop Now using your return credit.

If your new requested size and/or colour, or new style, is unavailable at the time of processing your exchange, a refund for the purchase price of the item returned will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please also note that all intimates (underwear & socks), bodysuits & final sale items are excluded from exchanges as per our Returns and Exchanges Policy. 

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at €9.95. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges) or deducted from your refund amount (for refunds).
