Our returns process is all automated (Woo! Technology!) and is connected to the barcode on your returns label, provided by our Returns and Exchanges Portal, which is then connected to a specific order number.
With this in mind, when your return is delivered back to our warehouse, only the Order Number associated with your Returns Label will be processed accordingly. Therefore, if multiple orders are all returned together, only one will be processed.
So that we can ensure your return is processed correctly, please send back any return orders separately for this reason.
If you have already sent your item(s) back together, please contact our Community Happiness Team and provide us with the order numbers of your return requests.
