Can I return Underwear?Updated a month ago

For health and hygiene, outside of our Comfort Guarantee, we do not accept any returns for a refund or exchange on opened underwear.
This includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Period & Leak-proof underwear, and Shapewear, as well as all Men's Briefs, Boxers, and Trunks.

If any opened underwear is sent back to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the items to you. 

This does not apply to faulty items. If you believe the underwear you purchased is faulty, kindly get in touch with our Community Happiness Team.
