Can I return Underwear?Updated a month ago

For health and hygiene, outside of our Comfort Guarantee, we do not accept any returns, for refund or exchange, on opened underwear. 

This includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Period & Leak-proof underwear, and Shapewear, as well as all Men's Briefs, Boxers, and Trunks.

If any opened underwear is sent back to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the items to you.
