To submit an exchange or return request, you will need your order number (this will start with EU or UE) and the postcode associated with your delivery address.
Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy here to verify you meet the criteria.
If all is correct, we’ll kindly invite you to head over to our Returns and Exchanges Portal and follow the onscreen prompts.
If your order was placed before April 9th 2025, your order number will start with EU, and you can use our Returns & Exchange Portal here to submit your request.
If your order was placed after April 9th 2025, your order number will start with UE, and you can use our Returns & Exchange Portal here to submit your request.
