How do I return an item?Updated 10 days ago

To submit a return for an exchange or refund, you will need your order number (this will start with BU). You will need to enter your full order number including the "BU" at the start, ie, BU123456.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy to verify you meet the criteria.

If all is correct, we'll kindly invite you to head over to our Returns and Exchanges Portal here, and follow the onscreen prompts.

Once submitted, you'll be emailed a returns label to print out. Once your return has been processed by our Warehouse Team, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment used to purchase your order, or if you select Store Credit - you will be emailed instructions on how to use this. 

Please note all returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at £3.50. This fee will either be paid at on the returns portal (for exchanges) or deducted from your refund amount (for refunds).
