I returned my order, how long does it take for my exchange/return to be processed?Updated 11 days ago

Our process is automated and goes off the scans from the barcode on your return label provided from our Returns and Exchanges Portal as your parcel makes its way back to us. 

Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Portal will be processed. 

If you have returned your order without submitting a request, please contact our Community Happiness Team. Kindly provide us with the below: 

• Tracking number
• Address to which the return was sent
• Details of the item(s) returned - quantity, style, color, and size (ie. Wireless T-Shirt - Black / M)
• Details of the item(s) you wish to exchange for, or receive a refund/store credit
