What is Return Coverage/Checkout+?Updated 5 hours ago

At checkout, you can choose to add Return Coverage for £1.98.
This gives you the flexibility to return or exchange all eligible items (non-Final Sale and non-Intimates) from that order at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery.

Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded once purchased, even if you don’t make a return or exchange.

Return Coverage must be selected and purchased at checkout.
It can’t be applied after an order has been completed or once it has been delivered.
