Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return any item, excluding Final Sale items and Intimates, within 30 days of the date of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging.

We kindly ask to try on items while not wearing any make-up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be deemed non-returnable by our team. 

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Intimates (such as Bodysuits, Socks, and Underwear), except in the case of a faulty garment, as per Consumer Rights Directive.
Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.
