Will I be charged duties/customs fees on my order?Updated 8 days ago

Orders placed on boody.eu are dispatched from our warehouse in Essex, England.
From October 14th, 2025 onwards, orders will be shipped from our new warehouse located in Northampton, England.

Please note that orders exceeding €150 will incur additional customs charges at checkout. Duties and taxes will be shown and charged at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery process via our DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service.

Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
