I haven’t received my order confirmation, what should I do?


Thank you for choosing to shop sustainably and supporting Boody! Once you place an order, an order confirmation email is promptly sent to you. To find it in your inbox, please search for the subject line “A shipment from order BU”.

How can I check my order status?


We can’t wait for you to receive your new Boody and experience the ultimate comfort! You can check the status of your order by accessing our Self Service menu and select ‘Track order”.

One of the items I received is incorrect and/or missing, what should I do?


Oh no! This isn’t good but we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know about this by contacting our Community Happiness Team.

Can I change or cancel my order?


While you’re browsing and shopping on our website, you have the flexibility to change your order by removing or updating items in your cart.

There's an issue with my order, what do I do?
